Starbucks - Cuyahoga Falls

This is the second time I've left something behind recently. I planned to pick it up after work to bring home to my girlfriend. When I got home and picked it up, it felt light. It's a large order in a grande cup, and the foam hasn't settled, which means there's even less inside than it appears. It's disappointing. I think I'll stick to the morning crew or my reliable Howe Avenue location from now on.

I ordered an ice-cold latte through the drive-thru, and they prepared it just as they always do.

I would rate this place 5 stars, but they don't serve fresh milk like they do in Dubai. The staff was friendly and very apologetic about it. I hope they make changes to their menu soon.

These baristas are the poorest people I've ever met. they don't care about their customers. the sandwich was lousy.

I ordered a mocha this morning from Robert. I didn't have to wait in a line like you would at the Starbucks location across the street and I got to enjoy some nice small talk! Robert went out of his way to be polite and talkative, which was refreshing given how limited our human to human interactions are due to the pandemic. I highly recommend this location if you want Starbucks a smile without the wait. Thanks again Robert!
