Tender Shack - Cuyahoga Falls

Love the tenders and fries. I ordered from doordash and everything was still very hot when they arrived.??? This is my third time ordering from them and they never disappoint. ? Great variety of sauces as well.

Ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and just got a regular one. Won’t ordered from them again. Door Dash should not partner with them..

The tenders were dry and overall not good at all. Our drinks were screwed up. I am really disappointed and would NEVER recommend anyone ordering from here.

We decided to order something from Door Dash and saw Tender Shack, thinking let’s try some place new. Order arrived 20 min later than expected to no fault of the delivery driver, the original Dasher left the store, food arrived and it was cold and soggy and order wasn’t even correct. Portion size of the fries was like they took what someone didn’t eat from their plate and put it in the box. The other weird thing we noticed was the food came in an Outback restaurant bag. Food was less than desirable in taste for the money we paid. Thankfully, Door Dash customer service was on point tonight and they helped fix the issue to the best of their ability. We will never order from the Royersford, PA “Outback”Tender Shack again.

I've never been disappointed at the Outback in Cuyahoga Falls, not once.
