Carl's Barbecue - Cypress

Anytime we have a gathering, Carl's BBQ is our go-to for food. Everyone loves the food and is excited to eat. The service is awesome. We will continue to get Carl's bbq. Strongly recommend them if you like some good home cooked BBQ.Food: 5/5

Stuffed baked potato was really good. Flavorful and meat was juicy. Definitely must try. Brisket tacos are good too. The bbq sauce made it taste even better.One of my friends recommended this place. Would surely visit again.Food: 4/5

Normally, we love this place and the food. But this past visit I had the chicken which comes as a half chicken and I don't normally eat breast so they gave me two highs and two legs instead, which were very small and overcooked. The barbecue sauce is nice, as is their side dishes, tea and banana pudding.

I accidently left my bank card here at the restaurant., yes my fault.I called and they said yes they had it. I have gone back twice since and each time I'm told it's in the owners office and they cannot get into it. That I have to come back on their specific time to get it back. I left my and today when I went inside to get it, the note was still where it was left. No one called to let me know when I could come back. I will now have to come at a certain time of day to get it back from the owner.Sounds like the owner does not trust his employees to go into his office.
