Chili's Grill - Cypress

1991 was the first time I visited this Chili's with my first girlfriend. This week, I went in to see if the experience had changed. Everything was still the same. Great food. Cold brew, friendly faces. I sat at the bar this time and ordered southwestegg rolls and a cold beer. Classic! It brought back so many memories. I would recommend this restaurant to all.

This Chili 's is HORRIBLE! I had a party of 30, spoke to manager about accommodation and wait time, I was given the run around, it went from a 35 minute wait, to I don 't have a waiter in a section where you all will fit, I have a section and waiter now BUTwe don 't have enough plates to serve your party!!! The waiter looked puzzled as we did about the not enough plates . TheManager said he didnt know what to do ! The Manager said it was my choice if we want to stay but he doesn 't have enough platesso we would be waiting a longer time because he just don 't know what to do about not enough plates, he said he 's not use tohaving such a large party. It took the Manager 45 minutes ro come up with all of this, I believe this could have been handleddifferently, this was very disappointing for our entire family and it was my Son 's Birthday! He wanted to eat at Chili 's! Thistook place on Saturday October 15th 2022.

Great food! Good value fast and friendly service. Very recommended..Cheaper and better than fast food.

This place is typical chili's : they got us seated right and waitress took our orders pretty quickly too. We opted for $25 for 2. It was the best deal. The texmex fries were yummy and also the entries too, they were kind enough to make them veggie version too. And we swapped the dessert to the molten hot chocolate cake and it was yummm.. It is a great experience :

For dessert, we enjoyed a large slice of cheesecake topped with strawberry sauce, instead of the brownie with vanilla ice cream. The food was fantastic for such a great price! I was so stuffed from the tortilla chips, salsa, and guacamole that I couldn't finish my meal, which meant I had lunch for work the next day! You really can't beat the value, the price, or the incredible flavors. I’m serious—give it a try! It’s a great bang for your buck!
