Vitality Bowls - Cypress

I'm really disappointed that the Freundewood location has closed. They had the best dragon fruit smoothies, and I always loved their vitality smoothie bowl, which was outstanding! I truly hope they reopen the friendly location because no one else makes a smoothie bowl as delicious as theirs. The toppings on the bowl were also incredible!

Absolutely delicious and healthy! The portions are a good size, and the flavors are exquisite. I highly recommend this place!

All the ingredients are fresh and customizable, with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options available. They also offer keto and gluten-free dishes. I tried the Vitality Wrap (vegan) along with the Rehydrater smoothie, and both were incredibly delicious and nourishing. I'm energized and ready to tackle the rest of my day!

This restaurant offers fantastic health-conscious options with an impressive variety. I tried the Pitaya Bowl, and even my 5-year-old enjoyed it! It's refreshing on a hot day and packed with vitamins—definitely a better choice than ice cream! The staff is also very friendly.
