Wendy's - Cypress

Food made-to-order but at a slower rate than expected. Staff seems crowded around the drive-thru area so I would be curious to know their safety protocols. No issues with the order, once it reached the consumers, so 4/5 instead of 3/5 ...

Polite staff, clean restaurant. We hit this place after the lunch rush and the tables and floors were still clean.

Wendy's has the best burger of all the major chains, period. Now if I can only get them to add some side item options that are more diabetic friendly (non-potato based . Other Than Salads!

Quick and easy. Nuggets are the best. The only drawback, no plastic spoons for the frosty's and no straws. Nuggets!!!

The burger was ok but the french fries were not up to Wendy's advertising suggested, small hard pieces and not crunchy Update: Stop in for breakfast today(Friday am) and service has improved. The order taker was polite and friendly as well as quick. Seniors get a complementary coffee with breakfast order. The biscuit sandwich was hot and tasted fresh. A little disappointed that they didn't have any sweetener for the coffee. It would really be helpful for folks that have dietary issues. But I am happy to report that there's an improvement from previous visits
