The cashier touched dirty money by her bare hands and after that she touched the corn of ice cream without any protection and serve ice cream. It is a sample of why Vietnam has so many Covid infections. Money is very dirty, they need very basic education.

Really bad experience. Look how clean it is on these photos. For so many times I have had visited this t, I just dont know what does these staffs managed to keep Super Dirty like this !!! To be honest guys, if you can not afford to hire more employees to keep it clean, then shut it down. This is exactly how you destroy your brand. Also, the hamburgers getting smaller and smaller, the sodas dont even have gas. You think customers like us once become loyal to you can not recognize the differences between the tastes ? Dont wast your time visit this restaurant.

I like Lotteria because they're much cheaper than other fast food joints like KFC, with about the same quality in taste, but here they had a strict limit on ketchup and chili sauce packets for takeout. I ordered about 6 burgers plus a couple fries but they'd only let me take like a couple packets of ketchup and chili sauce and wouldn't give me any more and were so uptight about it, even though if you dine in you can have unlimited condiments from the stand. I don't want to ever return to this location because of how they were about it.

What a pile of rubbish. We tried this to see what a Vietnamese fast food chain was like, don't make the same mistake we did. In fact, we gave it the benefit of the doubt as the first time we tried it, it was gross... The second time only confirmed how bad it was. The food isn't really that cheap comparatively, the chips are bland and served cold both times. The burgers are miniature and distateful, the cheese chicken is nuclear waste and more importantly both lotteria restaurants we went into were filthy and unkept. I'm talking missing tiles, floor and roof, messy tables, fingerprint Windows, food on the floor, ketchup on the ceiling?! It looks like it gets the bare minimum of cleaning, I dread to think what the kitchen looks like.
