Costa Coffee - Dacorum

Super friendly staff who give great service, coffee is always good. I tend to have a takeaway coffee and occasionally a piece of cake. Nice to have a coffee shop with longer opening hours especially at the weekend if you have been walking at Tring Park

9 times out of 10 the staff and speed of service are great. But. Sometimes certain long term staff members lack people skills and this effects the speed of service

Polite staff, nothing different as all Costas are based on the same model.

Very poor service today. Tables not being cleared or wiped. Customers moving previous clients plates to clear tables. Needs some management direction Coffee nice though.

Disappointed with this Costa. It needs someone in to re think how the lay out should be. There's only a small counter area and they didn't stock any M&S food. The seating area is minimal and not being used to it's full potential. There's only one toilet for all to use and it was a disgusting mess. I love going to Costa, but this one really needs some TLC.
