The Gatsby - Dacorum

This elegant restaurant, is my favourite place for a delicious Sunday roast. Everything on the plate tastes delicious. I highly recommend the roast beef. Pleasant staff great cocktails and music. Thank you.

My family and I went to the gatsby for Sunday lunch which was delicious! All the staff were friendly and attentive. They had a piano player which was a nice touch.

Small portion of Sunday lunch at this establishment is only served to children! They outright refused to serve a small portion to an adult and even followed up on our complaint with a phone call to attempt justification of this newly implemented, ludicrous policy. Will never darken their doorstep again. Still many other more accomodating places to eat a Sunday Roast in Berkhamsted. AND Food just as good. Better one smaller sale than none at all.

Had the 2 course early bird menu nice satay starter, ok green veg curry but “Chilli Ragout Beef” was basic 70’s mince and mash. Try harder, please.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. We had the roast beef Sunday lunch and black cherry cheesecake. The entire experience was excellent, from the warm greeting to the attentive service during our meal. The food was delicious and we couldn't find fault with anything. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed, with a beautiful piano playing in the corner and ornate decor. There were many families and friends there celebrating special occasions or simply catching up. While it may be a bit more expensive than other venues, it was worth it for the ambiance and service.
