Bojangles - Dacula

I like this location but the last 3 visits were disappointing. Service is fast, the food is a concern with cleanliness as well... The food has been either just a little cold, burnt, hard to chew or something. I go through the drive thru bcz there's times I have to rush to work. I went inside for jam and noticed it was dingy with old floors and interior.In the pic it shows the issue with my food my last visit.

Asked for a chicken egg cheese sandwich, got two egg& cheese sandwiches

I ordered 8 piece chicken box only got 6 small thighs and they seemed they were under the warming lamps too long.I’ll try another Bojangles next time.

The food is decent, service is great but the decor needs drastic help. The carpet in the dinning area needs to be cleaned or trashed. Maybe just tile, would be easier to keep clean and make the place visually appealing. Perhaps my rating is a bit harsh... but cleanliness is a major thing for me when eating somewhere. I won't cook or eat in my own kitchen if it isn't cleaned first.FYI, I have bought food here a number of times in the past but have only dined in twice in the past year.

Had a biscuit sausage sandwichBiscuit was hard . Not sure it was made that morning. We got there at around 7:00 AMI have had there biscuits before and have really liked them.
