They took forever. Two of the employees were standing there talking instead of helping make sandwiches. When they are busy everyone should be helping.

Michael was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can truly sense a genuine spirit when you meet him, and I appreciated his kindness. The food was delicious, and the service was quick as well.

I really enjoy the food here! The staff is friendly and always greets you with a warm hello and a smile. The place is clean and tidy, and the sandwiches are fantastic! However, I was disappointed to find the bathroom in poor condition during my visit today. I hope the manager takes care of this issue soon!

Forgot my Chile, switched my bread. Didn?t care about customers. Just busy trying to close. Closing time is at 9:30 but employees are ready to go home at 8:45pm. They don?t even answer my phone call at 9:10pm.

Great Food, love Firehouse. Staff just needs a little bit more training on expectations to the customer especially when ordering meals with no bread. I know I'm not the norm but it helps when ordering for a big party of healthy eaters. Also the drink machine was also out of just about every soda for the customers. Not gonna fault them too bad tho. Been to many Firehouse Subs and love the food. The food takes front n center on the experience
