Starbucks - Dakbayan sa Malolos

The SB branch I visited was terrible. The staff were very rude to me while I was still enjoying my cake and hot coffee, asking me to leave because they had new customers waiting to sit at my table. Their behavior was extremely disrespectful.

This place is quiet during morning yet noisy and crowded in the afternoon due to students entering Robinsons Malolos. The staff here is courteous and nice. Overall, this is one of the coziest SB I had visited so far.

I am a fan of Starbucks but I was disappointed with this branch near my area. The branch is located inside Robinson's. I typically order a caramel latte with added caramel drizzle at many Starbucks outlets, but this branch is the only one that charges extra for the drizzle. Most of the time, the drizzle doesn't stay on top of the latte, making it flat. The outlet is always busy and it can be difficult to find a seat. The staff appears stressed and their customer service can come across as arrogant. I hope Starbucks addresses the issues with this poorly managed branch.

I have always enjoyed coming to this restaurant location. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. They are warm and welcoming, providing great customer service with a smile.

Im a fan of SB but this branch near my area is not really that good. The branch is inside robinson. I used to order caramel latte with added of caramel drizzle in many sb outlet. But this is the only branch that charge me additional money. Most of the time the drizzle doest settle on top. Latte is flat. Many times, seat was not avaible. Busy outlet. Staff really look stressed. They tend to be diplomatic in speaking. Quite arrogant service actually. Hope SB will do something with this kind of poor management.
