We have driven by many times, but not stopped, not sure why. But decided it was time! When you first walk in, it is clean and inviting. Wasn't too busy cuz time of day, so we were greeted right away by friendly staff behind bar. She served us right away.We had the Choose 3 Sample Platter Appetizer: Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Bacon Wrapped Jalepenos, and Fried Mushrooms. Generous portions for a choose 3 platter, and all 3 were Very Good.Dinner meals were Ribeye with Fries and 4 pc Dark Broasted Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries. Both meals were amazing. The steak was cooked a perfect medium rare and very tender, and the broasted chicken was very juicy.Great meal, Great Service. We'll def stop just driving by and stop in more often.

There was only one person serving/working the bar. There was WAY to many people In there for 1 person. Took us 30 minutes to get fountain drinks and over an hour to get our food. We also never got our fried mushrooms that we ordered, but thankfully, they were not on the bill. The food was pretty good, and that's the only thing they had going for them on this particular day. I don't think that this was the normal experience with service here, but it did happen.If it wasn't my wife's birthday, it may have been a little less frustrating, but it was definitely a little ridiculous. There is no reason the person working should have been alone during lunchtime.

Great pork tenderloin and a nice burger special today! Surprising to see a nice selection of local Craft Beers and a wide Bourbon menu!We will be back!

We were on our way to Galena and saw this place. Made a Uturn! The bartender/owner was so nice and welcoming! Even gave our dog a special treat: The food was great, especially for a random place just driving through the countryside. Gluten free ppl; SO many options! This is coming from someone who lived in Madison, WI for years who felt it had many options. We already planned to come back on our way home! So glad we stopped!Kid friendliness: Good kids menu and more options on regular menu: Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options! Many salads too!
