I wouldn't recommend this place. It’s very dirty and often empty, even on weekends. Most of the games are out of order, and they won’t refund you if you put money into a broken machine. It’s not what it used to be; there are much better bars to visit.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars and, after reading the other reviews, it sounds like we dodged a bullet with this place. My husband was not allowed in because he was wearing open-toed shoes (which were nice leather flip flops, btw) and he was male.There was no dress code posted at the door and no mention of the dress code on the website. Also, it baffles me that a placecalled ?Backyard,? that markets itself as a casual sports bar and allows dogs, has a dress code. It?s honestly laughable.

We were seated at a table when we were abruptly asked to leave because a Cowboys game was about to start, and they reserve tables for such events. Our group of six was told to stand up so that two other people could take our table. When we sat down an hour before the game, there was no indication or sign about this policy. I ordered three margaritas, but they were inconsistently made, almost as if they came from entirely different bars. After leaving, I discovered we were charged a venue fee and an automatic gratuity that I hadn't been informed about, which led me to accidentally double-tip. Overall, this place is a poor excuse for a business—it's dirty, too noisy, and poorly managed. I won't be returning.

Someone I went with got turned away because he was wearing shorts without belt loops and then was forced to pay a cover if he wanted to go in. The rest of the group (mostly guys) didn't have to pay a cover. Make sure to wear belt loops y'all. ???? What ajoke Update: they charged him $40 and management wouldn't reimburse him even though his outfit was within guidelines. They gavesome free cocktails but wouldn't reimburse. I think this place finds ways to over charge people. Be careful here!

We also inquired about getting some table games, as they were providing them to other groups. One staff member said they were too heavy for us to carry. Our group had paid for the same privileges as every other group in the bar, but when our turn came for some festive fireworks and goodies—something they had done for everyone else—they said they didn’t have enough staff available, even though we had made our payment in advance. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had, and the manager seemed to support this poor service.
