I dig the open air seating at this location and great service

I don’t know how this chick is being run but it is NOT like any other chick is. I’m so disappointed :/The lines are so long, when I got to the window to get my order the manager told me to go to the other side by the entrance, I waited 10 minutes before I went in and there was so many more people waiting on their own orders. I still waited an additional 5-7 minutes and nobody seemed to be worried or trying to get the customers out w their orders.

They never have your mobile order ready when you order for carry out. I had 2 orders and hit the I 'm at the restaurant 5 minutes before I arrived at the store. Had to wait another 10 minutes after I arrived, and they filled everyone 's orders to go inside the store even though I was there before them. One was even for $40.People order via the app so they could skip the line and have your food done by the time you arrive. This Chic- Fila does not care about mobile orders, as this had happened numerous times as of late. I will not return.

I love Chick-fil-A, you can never go wrong with a chicken sandwich or the classic nuggets. Appropriately expensive and everyone is always so nice. Food: 5/5

Food was great! Customer service IS TERRIBLE even from the manager. The lady in the window said to wait at the stop sign and the food would be right outside. So I waited at the stop sign, and a boy comes out to park me elsewhere, took 1 shake like 15 minutes. He said, If you don't move, you won't shake yourself?
