Chick-fil-a - Dallas

First i need to say: Chick Fil A overall is absolutely the finest fast food restaurant EVER! They have an operating system that is clearly working perfect for them i hope it continues.But my visit there to the drive thru on Mon, Aug 8 was surprisingly far below what i've come to expect from them!I actually watched the clock this visit took me appx TWENTY mins to get simply 2 grilled chicken sandwiches! And it was 9pm they were not even crowded at all.I need to add my sandwiches were great as always but the visit experience was terribly below Chick Fil A's standards.

NO stars for this location. Suck at speed and getting order right. Sat in line AFTER lunch crowd for nearly 10 minutes after paying! Go to location on Inwood if you want your food

Notice how there are low reviews for this location... yeah well I experienced it for myself. The management here is beyond poor. They have both lanes of the drive thru closed and no curbside and this has been ongoing for far too long. The food was unbelievably poor compared to the usual cfa experience. Go to a different location this one deserves to be shut down or find a new manager.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but the sandwich was not good. The breading on the chicken was not made like it is normally made. I hope it is better next time.

This box fil a has decreased over the year. The service is very slow in the thru drive or inside (including non-peak times). Orders are consistently wrong. Cleanliness is not the best. Children's playground is not yet open. Other operators have opened the children's area and are more family-friendly. Quality at other chick fil a’s is superior and the operators give freebies. Have given this operator thousands of dollars over the years in catering orders. Ends to change to another girl. Fit at this point if you can.
