Denny's - Dallas

I'm not here for a reason. I decided to shoot it again. Never again! Our server was okay, forget something I ordered after I had already received my meal. And she wrote it down, and then I was back and forth for a few bacon on my sandwich that I asked to put on there I would pay. I ripped a piece of bacon in half for a complete sandwich. I informed my server and she went to more bacon and the cook gave her a hard time. In the meantime, my sandwich was cold. Anyway, I ate my sandwich and left. I told the manager, hopefully she took care of it. But I won't come back. I don't want to go through this for something I'm gonna pay for.

My birthday waitress was rude.. Food was icey cold ..was not fresh consciousness of this situation.. I love to give good reviews, and certainly would not be exaggerated in a place of business.. I wasn't a happy customer at all.

Usually a decent enough experience. this time the restaurant was not busy with dining room guests, but online delivery orders were running over the kitchen. Staff of the service seem to be the benefits of thirst, although not at the tables. It took 35 minutes for waitress to drink orders, a confirmation that we were even there. then almost an hour before the food order. We then waited an additional hour for the food to arrive, about the food orders being wrong. not all items have been delivered at all. when he mentioned the assistant manager, he said oh well, were really busy. I want to put the top on the check... no discount, no refund, no excuse. So the service was quite bad, they have several guests for a holiday without drinking for coffee or sodas, no tip either jut stood up a left, tired waiting.

Dennys at Cockrell Hill never lets me surprise. I usually go there once a week in the morning weekdays. The waiting staff is great that you will be accommodated even if it seems that they are short employees. They are always pleasant, even if they appear stressed. You always check and make sure you have refills. The cook/cook must also be excellent. We always have our food in a short time. It could be a little slow, but they make sure you have food. They make me tired of watching them! You should all get a raise. They are committed! Always seem to be the same three waitresses.

I love this location! I grew up coming here quite often. I got the Lumberman’s special and every thing about it was perfect! The waitress was very professional and welcoming, hate that I can’t remember her name. 10/10
