What Happened?!?! Green Papaya used to be so good. Never go back

When I arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted by the hostess and she walked me to my table. The hostess gave me the menu and five minutes later the drink menu. I was waiting on my friend who was running late so I was going to order a drink. I never saw the hostess again but there was this guy who ever since I sat at my table, he was standing (two tables away) looking at videos on his phone. The volume on his phone was loud enough for me to hear it was videos. After 15 minutes, I got his attention and ask if I could please order a drink. He just looked around to see if he got someone’s else attention to come to my table and went back at playing with his phone. I waited 5 more minutes but no one came and the guy was still there playing with his phone. I just called my friend to meet at a Japanese restaurant close by that was really delicious and had great service. I would understand if the restaurant was very busy but there was only one other table that was occupied by two guys and the rest of the restaurant was empty.

Restaurant smelled awful, service was terrible and the food was equally as bad!

Ate here for lunch at 11:45 on a Saturday. Not crowded at all. Indoor and covered outdoor seating available. My wife and I split both the green papaya salad appetizer and the yellow bean crepe entree with shrimp and chicken and we're glad we split them. Not only were they delicious, but the portions were HUGE! They have a huge variety of Vietnamese dishes that we were not familiar with, but would love to try in the future. Great value for delicious food, and the service was just right.

I ordered a #44, but they served me a #25 instead, which is also what they charged me for. They have a wide variety of drinks listed on their website, but when I was at the restaurant, they mentioned that only beer was available. I had a good experience here in the past, but this visit has definitely turned me away for good.
