The server appeared disinterested and not very engaged in her work. The food arrived lukewarm, and it seemed like butter isn't typically provided with the waffles, as we had to wait quite a while for our server to bring us some. When she finally did bring the butter, it was still wrapped in foil. However, I must say the brisket queso was absolutely delicious!

On a positive note, the brisket queso was delicious!
