Bidra med feedbackService is terrible. Forgot part of our order. When we called, lsaid to call 5 minutes before we got there. Did that. Ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for one thing. We gave up and asked for a refund for the missing item. That took an act of congress. Will not eat there again or recommend to anybody.
Of the La Madeleine locations, this has been the worst I've been to. 1) French onion soup wasn't hot (a warm/tepid temp), 2) My croissant could've given someone a concussion had I thrown it at them, 3) I would've liked the bread and jam offer? Thought this was a long standing dallas tradition? 4) the time between my friend and my food being out on the same order was almost 10 minutes...
The food and coffee were decent. We were staying at an airbnb close by and decided to get breakfast
The food is good but the service is not the best. I placed an online to-go order and when I arrived it wasn’t ready. I asked and they said that someone had picked it up. I told them it wasn’t me and that this was the second time that happened. I had to actually ask them to remake it because they didn’t offer to do so. All they kept saying was “I remember the order, but somebody picked it up already”. On top of it they move super slow and took forever to get me my food. The food is good but it’s not worth the hassle.
How is this place still open? Food is awful! Quiche Lorraine is now served in tin pan. Obviously microwaved as pale, uncooked crust. Egg filling is strange texture. Sad as once upon a time they used to be great.
