Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Dallas

This was my first visit, and it was thrilling! The food surpassed my expectations—hot and delicious sandwiches, soups, and desserts. My friend and I arrived at 8:50 PM, thinking they were about to close, but to our delight, they were still fully open, and everything we wanted was available. How fantastic is that? The location we visited is at the corner of Inwood and Lemmon Ave in Dallas. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and the restaurant was clean with a wonderful aroma. We ordered our food to-go, but my friend nearly finished her sandwich by the time I unwrapped mine! I also had a large bowl of broccoli and cheese, which was excellent. My sandwiches included blue cheese, adding a delightful touch. I can't wait to return! Thank you all for being so welcoming! Like Arnold, I’ll be back!

The young lady named Zee at the counter was very respectful and took great care of me! She and her team work together seamlessly as a unit... A1 service!

I had a fantastic first experience at Potbelly! The two ladies working there were incredibly kind and patient while I asked my questions. The apple walnut salad was among the best fast food salads I've ever tasted. The only downside was that there was an excessive amount of lettuce; I couldn't finish it even though I ordered the small size. However, this might be the case at all franchise locations.
