Simply Fondue - Dallas

Amazing staff!! went today for a birthday for our first time and had a predicament happen before the reservation. Daniel and Stephanie provided great service and offered us a discount to make the bday feel special 5/5 stars would recommend

We went here for my wife's Birthday. While we had a 7:30 P.M. reservation, we were not seated until 40 minutes after our scheduled time. Restaurant was seemingly short staffed, though our waiter was very nice and professional. The food was very good and well presented. Their kitchen was backed up and there was at least a 30 minute or longer wait between the salad course and when we received our entree meat order. Enjoyed the experience overall, but to arrive at 7:30 P.M. and not to leave until 11 P.M. was extremely frustrating and irritating. If you go, you better allow 3 hours and have no other plans for the evening.

THE PERFECT DATE NIGHT! Great experience, tons of photo opportunities, great server, and owner was cool.

I love going to Simply Fondue on Greenville!! Pleasant atmosphere and the staff always goes above and beyond! Thank you for making our special occasions memorable!

Had an amazing experience with one of the managers being our server/ hostess/ food runner. unfortunately I don’t remember her name but we wish to have her again next time. Unfortunately the power went out while we were there and they were great sports about it and everyone had free dinner!
