Bidra med feedbackI live nearby, and I’ve never been able to get a response from anyone at the intercom. No one answers from the drive-thru or from any of the pull-up spots. It's ridiculous. How does Sonic Corporate allow this location to stay open? I would love to support Sonic, but I’m forced to drive a few miles away to find a better option.
Our meal was disappointing; everything was cold, and my sandwich was not prepared correctly. It had tomatoes that were soggy, and I couldn't even enjoy it.
As a visitor who went out for a meal after 9 a.m., this was my first and last experience here. Paying $25 for subpar food is unacceptable, especially when the staff seem to notice that they got my order wrong but don’t bother to communicate properly. I don't want to hear generic apologies; I just want them to fix their issues or shut down the business. It's frustrating to see customers being taken advantage of with lousy food and poor service. We deserve better.
This place is operated by children who have no professionalism at all! Be ready to wait 20 minutes for your food and be wrong.
There is an older Hispanic woman who works here with a smile that never waivers and she is so sweet! What an asset for this location! My food is always good as well but this employee is one in a million!Parking: Many kiosks were out of order. I had to move several times to get one that was on.
