Bidra med feedbackWe went for a lookout party and they had all the tables that were reserved to us with names! Parking is comfortable and the food and beer were great. The service was somewhat slow, but there were a lot of people who all showed up for the party over the same time, so it is expected. We would go back... especially to sit on the terrace.
Went to Steam Theory on a Monday night for the bachelor watch party after their FB event to see that they have all kinds of specials...got there and there were NO Specials, our waitress was not friendly at all, took forever to fill our waters, the service overall was simply not good and it sucks we chose this place on the basis of their Facebook page advertising specialties that they did not disappoint.
Make sure to check the events before going. There was a singing event when I left what was really like choir practice. Not pleasant a bit. About 45 minutes waiting for our food. All pizzas ordered on my table and got it. 15 minutes later no chicken sandwich. We asked where my food was, manager came by and said it was out, the kitchen was blackened. Not many people went in there. Then my can comes out and the chicken was RAW!!! This has never happened to me where I received raw food before and especially after my long wait, I was definitely not convinced. I spit it out immediately and gave it back. I said I didn't want to do it anymore and not do another. They brought me a new one that was cooked anyway, but at this point I was freaked out about the biting in raw chicken I couldn't even enjoy. The manager apologised me and I didn't pay for the sandwich I guess they were taking care of it, but after almost 1 hour waiting at this point and getting RAW chicken was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I won't go back. I had visited once before and loved the food absolutely. The menu has changed and it is no longer the best of food options or quality it was the first time I went. Very regrettable.
We went for a Bachelor watch party. It took about 45 minutes to get wine and place our order that was strange because I saw it packed much more than that before. They advertised a new menu of pizza and cauliflower pizza, but they were from all crusts (on Monday). The waitress told us they had two cauliflower pizzas in store and someone ordered them both. They weren't normal either. She said they were from the wine we wanted. I then asked about the salads. She said the chopped salad had “tomatoes, cheese and onion rings” on it. I asked what the next salad had on it, and she said, "Everything, except no onion rings." She didn't want to answer any questions. You have a good concept and potential there with the Bachelor watch parties, but to compete with other restaurants in Dallas, you can't be from all your food wine, and can't be servers that hate their lives and not even try (as on a Monday).
The food was excellent. Our waiter Max was amazing. HOWEVER, the hostess was slow needs to be trained on better customer service. It didn’t bother her to let people wait.
