The worse employees went by 10-13-2022 at 11pm and they took 3 car orders in front of me and as they did this I saw 2 femalesand a male walk in the store after dining was closed the American African descendant opened the door to let them in and when I pulled up she said it be a 15 20minutes wait thersustemwas down I said ok i have all night she saidwe dont we close at midnight i was like its 11pm plenty of time they said they were closed I will no longer be visiting this location they were rude obnoxious unprofessional when I asked for her name and corporate number she refused to give me her name ansaid said Google corporate number we dont care where her exact words Im lucky WHATABURGER was next door and saved the day will continuegoing to WHATABURGER. one las thing great customer service at WHATABURGER apologized for what WENDY had done gave me some pies to go with my order.
The breakfast was great--hot and crispy. The meal was prepared accurately and quickly. The meals themselves were on par with your standard Wendy's, but again, served really hot and crispy which made them even more enjoyable. The area had plenty of parking. The indoor seating was closed, despite there being no signs indicating it. The drive-thru was available with no morning lines. The building from the outside seemed a little run down with a few windows replaced with boards. Overall a good experience.
I will never go to this location again. Super rude and unprofessional. I ordered and then had to repeat my order 3 times, then they wouldn't take my money (10 dollar bills from the 70's) Called me a liar and afterwards wanted my driver's license number and then after all that refused to full my order after they were going to complete the sale. The pen is outdated and corporate businesses like this one can afford the ultraviolet scanners. Andres (claimed his name was) said he was manager. No name tags and refused to give me a receipt even though he handed my coin change before the bills.
This is my classic chicken with cheese, everything with lots of lettuce and lots of cheese looks like. ? No cheese, a tiny piece of lettuce, regular amount of onions. Unfortunately this time I didn't have time to sit in the drive through and check. WHY is it that Wendys is the only fast food chain that routinely get the order wrong? Like 4 out of 5 times and that's not a exaggeration.
