Wendy's - Dallas

Someone needs to talk to management. The staff does not seem happy at all and I also witness someone don't know if it was management or not but belittling the 2 girls working the window. I had to tell the girls its ok and that your doing a great job. Corporate needs to fix this now. I'm in the industry as a AGM and that is not acceptable.

DO NOT GO HERE employees consistently screw up the order and are rude when asked for the correct order. The drinks taste like dirty rainwater and decade old syrup, I was overcharged and still got the wrong items after a correction. Absolute trash

Waited too long for order in drive thru. They were short staffed. They didn't have drink holders??? Had to find a way to take care of 4 drinks and drive!

Absolutely horrible all the way around. Service and food. Come on Wendy's yall can do better than this. Do not go here.

Such employees who roll their eyes at the thought of retrieving ketchup and don't smile at all are such a joy.
