Wendy's - Dallas

Paid extra for fixins and a pretzel bun thru delivery app. Waited 20 minutes and got this. Can you guess what's missing. What a miserable pile. If y'all didn't have any buns you could've canceled on your end so I could have tried ordering somewhere else. This is so deeply infuriating. It's 11 at night like I'm gonna go drive the half an hour to get this fixed and you'd be closed by the time I get there.Get stuffed.

I decided to have a cheat day and have some Wendy's, it's been a few years since I have been... And let me tell you... Either COVID or inflation has them skimping on everything.. none of our specialty sandwiches were on kaiser buns like they used to be... There were barely any veggies on the grilled chicken sandwich.. you might as well have called that a kids junior sandwich.. my Wendy's chili was mainly the stew and beef... Barely any beans and whatever else makes the chili.. I asked for everything on my chili... There was no sour cream.. I guess you have to ask for that specifically now... And I asked for saltine crackers... I was given butter crackers... Not the same thing.. the packaging made me question how old the crackers were... The staff was decent, but not enough to ever come back. Gone are my childhood Wendy's adventures... Back to Raising Cane's and Golden Chick ?.

I frequently go to this location drive in and occasionally walking. I am usually very satisfied with my food and receive quick and friendly service. This visit did not meet the usual standards. The associate that took my order did not greet me or seem to have any sense of urgency in placing my order. The food was good as usual.

Food was terrible hamburger buns cold cheese slices cold bake potatoes tha worst of worst I charge for any condiments at breakfast cashier didn't have any change for a 20$ bill my bill 4.87 I couldn't pay for breakfast.tha store need whole new crew from Mang. to the cashiersFood: 5/5
