Wendy's - Dallas

I ordered 2 baconator sandwiches for delivery and the sausage patties were hard as rocks, they didn’t put my drinks in a tray so when I tried to get all my food into the house my coffee slipped out of my hand and spilled all over the floor. Needless to say I will not order from Wendy’s again.

Everything was great except the cashier had to keep texting someone while taking our order and my friends family's order.

A nugget meal and 4 Jr bacon cheese burgers through the drive-through. It was all good. No complaints.

Worst experience at a fast-food restaurant in. Ordered close to $30 worth of food and all of the items were cold or made wrong. Cashier was rude and tried to start an argument with me. Asked for the manager and got a refund. I would definitely not recommend this location.

Seevice: Best Wendy's in the area. Food: it's Wendy's, sometimes the fries are warm at best. Cleanliness: the soda machine inside is always a gross mess. It looks they might clean it once a day at night or morning. Usually the condiment area is trashed. The bathroom is usually clean.
