Wings World - Dallas

This place is the go-to spot for wings in the Dallas area. I drive all the way from Plano at least once a week to get those honey gold and spicy Cajun ranch wings. The food quality is top-notch, I would rate it 5 out of 5.

A big, large man with a wide back informed me that they were closed at 9:47, which confused me because Google said they closed at 10. This really upset me, all I wanted was a 15-piece meal.

The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the service was exceptional. The young woman at the register truly understands the importance of customer service. I observed her engaging with every single customer who entered the restaurant. Overall rating for the food: 5 out of 5.

I’ve been to this establishment many of times and today’s customer service from a teenagers was really terrible from my food being undercooked, and not fully prepared to me waiting to have to leave come back and still wait over and he for the food.Food: 1/5
