Zero Degrees - Dallas

Very bad customer service by a young lady working the day of 05/22/23 at 4:30pm. We’ve always been customers and love the food, but today the young lady that attended us was the worst! As soon as we arrived she gave us the worst attitude while taking our order, and then ignoring us later when we asked her for a wet towel to help her out cleaning the tables. We went back to order more food and she ignored us as she was busy “washing the dishes”. It was so bad we had to get the very kind gentleman in the kitchen to help us. Please have a talk with her because employees like that will cause you to lose frequent customers.

They can't alter the sweetness of any beverages, otherwise the place is great! It's just I prefer paying for a custom drink- not a pre-made one when I go to boba shops.

I come for the Mangonadaand it's always great. The snacks or antojitos are made to order and are pretty good, but I like to buy a couple of different options and share them with someone else. I can't see myself finishing an order of anything. I've tried mostly everything foodwise and liked them all.Food: 5/5

Great place! Love the design and how rustic it looks! We got here when it open. Food and drinks were amazing!!

The deserts are good, sure but the workers are so de4d. They aren’t welcoming or friendly. I was looking at the menu and I felt so pressured to order. They’re so serious. It was 2 girls and a guy. All of them were just terrible. I would recommend for people to order and have it for pick up always. That’s what I need to do from now on to not see these miserable workers.
