Very bad service never again! so far I was very impressed by the ice. Today the service has unfortunately turned my complete picture. I had a hair / a head in the ice cup (not beautiful, but can happen in a round that I thought). when I asked the service to make the ice cup again, I was very busy not doing that, it's just plastic of the smarties. she brought the fussel with the fingers out of the iceball and wanted to seriously ask that we eat the ice. I insisted that the cup is restored, what she did after a long discussion at some point. then we were asked to pay during eating. okay, I thought, and for the crowning conclusion, she showed us very clear when the business left a bird. I was extremely unconstitutional, how such a person can work in the service and with his paying customers is about this kind. I'm sorry, but it can be so delicious, for such behavior they never see us again!

Bad quality to high passes (kiba the tables and the floor stick. the personal is unorganized and unfriendly. my earth berry had whole earth berry so big bow to make this load!

Ich kann mich den zahlreichen Menschen die sich über die Qualität des Eises beschweren nur anschließen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist in keinsterweise gerechtfertigt. 10 Euro für nen Obst-Eisbescher in einem mini Glas. Die Kugeln so klein, dass ich davon ausging, dass da nur eine Kugel drin war, das obst alt und gammelig, dann auch noch die falschen Eissorten reingepackt, ein Tröpfchen Sahne. Ich hab escht nicht schlecht geschaut als mir der Bescher vor die Nase gestellt wurde. Man ist ja mittlerweile was Preise angeht schon einiges gewohnt, aber das übertrifft alles was ich an Wucher bis jetzt erlebt habe. Für 10 Euro sollte man auch in diesen Zeiten etwas besseres erwarten können..Nie wieder...
