I forgot that my drink and the pommes were old. most of the time it is wonderful, but today was a bad day

Although it was almost closing time and the fries and nuggets weren't very good, the sandwiches were excellent. I still love this place. Sincerely, [Reviewer]

Too busy to play around and chat to get orders, then very rude when they say something.

It takes a lot to make me angry enough to write an evaluation. the service was terrible to ask a manager. the name on the ticket was joceline r she acted as if I took too long to order for 5 ppl when I then wanted to add the Jalapeño bites she rolled her eyes. at this point I was pretty livid and just hurried a put in my card. they packed everything on a small tablet so that my fries fell from the tablet as soon as I picked it up. So I threw them in the müll, they told me that I had to wait for the tee that was good, but almost through eating and not yet had the drink. So when I went to ask, it was acting like they did not hear me so I was a little louder and she was like back then, so I said, do they know when it will be ready, they ignore me, so I asked the other girl, I saw her run her mouth and she just saw me so at this point I just went away, then we asked about the manager so that my tante could drink her. the manager had a better job and brought the tee and the pommes. my point is, I pay for her service when I close to $50 and above. I treat you kindly and you should do the same. I will never go back to these arbys and spend my money they can keep

Arby's always keeps clean stores.....and the help yourself drinks work for me. The food is always constantly good. I would not go as far as to say they have the meats because other stores have as much or more.
