Shaking Crab - Daly City

So tasty eating far beyond other seafood restaurants. I always enjoyed eating there and bring my family and friends. most employees are polite and hard workers .. always leave a good tip that serve us nicely. thank you for shaking. personal!.

Terrible experience. to see on paper plates, the employees are just staring at them, they do not say hi or have normal courtesy or hospitable. only very rude and sloppy. I'll never eat here again. garnel are not cleaned, and crab is extremely hairy. Cream noodles were by far the worst I ever had. I'm an eating man and that ruined my whole day and I honestly didn't feel good after I left the crab. very respectless service. they do not offer water and when they ask, they roll their eyes and give them a bad attitude. my bf told them to take the garlic noodles away from the table, and the first thing they say is that we did not remove it from the order that we did not expect before. I would recommend never come here, based on the fact that they do not clean their seafood and terrible customer service

My order was forgotten. I remembered the waitress of my order (the rest of the table was almost ready to eat) and she said my food took longer because the grill really had to be hot (seriously a few minutes later brings me a waitress my food and it is cold, not even warm. I sent the plate back, but I guess they reheated my ribs, the flesh was chewing.

The service is ok, but the food has no flavor and you can tell is frozen. We ordered 1lb of clams, crawfish and 2lb of shrimp. We had to send it back because it had no flavor, honestly it tasted like water down seafood. The garlic noodles are ok 5/10. NOTE: they don’t let you get 1/2 and 1/2, you are forced to get a entire lb of each.

Please offer more salad with prawn/shrimp choices, please offer pizza with more toppings, and hire more staff to serve customers. Other than than, we like your food. Thanks.
