Bidra med feedbackWe ordered a Big Jack without pickles, but the packaging had a crossed-out pickle symbol, and somehow there were pickles in my partner's burger. Luckily, he's not allergic to them. I ordered a Junior Hotter with extra pickles but ended up getting a huge pile of pickles instead. It's just ridiculous.
I’ve visited this restaurant about six times, and they still can’t get my order right. I always order a bacon deluxe meal — no salad, no sauce, no mayo, just meat and cheese. However, yesterday, my burger didn’t even have any bacon on it!
I waited 25 minutes for my order tonight, even though there were only three cars in front of me. After a long wait, I finally reached the cash register, and I was so frustrated that I decided to drive to McDonald's instead, where I got ice cream in less than five minutes.
Specifically asked for no tomato or ranch dressing in my burger. Get home and find tomato and burger full of ranch dressing!!!
Short staffed and one of the older staff collecting orders taking away the server so the server can help them get orders. This has been an extremely busy store from once it opened organise your staff better train your staff better. this is ridiculous. I could have trained all your staff so much better and would have been more organised. Also you now gave an app available a gentleman in front of me had to reorder because the staff didn’t have a clue. Training needs to be sorted immediately and the persons who own this franchise and the managers need to come in and see how customers are being treated by frustrated staff. You are not saving any money by having less staff you are losing business. work it out!!!
