Carvel - Danbury

You're sweating. they don't waste their money. go somewhere else! we ordered a fudgy the wal for the vatertag. every year we do that. this year we moved to new fairfield where we used carvel in danbury. don't waste your money. everyone is just a mess. I will post pictures to show them. I thought it was a joke. I think carl is the owner and he's terrible. we have not only accused ourselves of the cake, but we have paid the 2 dollars more after we have shown the cake. he could take care of less. we got the other cake and paid more. we are so disappointed. I highly recommend not to use this chaos of a company.

The gentleman who runs this establishment is very kind, and while I enjoyed the items I purchased, the interior of the place looks neglected and unappealing. It's not a comfortable environment for me to sit and enjoy my meal.

Nasty man inside, yelled at us as soon as our feet literally passed the doorway, went out… got sprayed by a skunk. Go to New Fairfield, they have a wonderful ice cream store there. Trust me, it’s worth it!

The owner is so pleasant and caring. We all enjoyed the ice cream cake. Fresh. Wonderful

My son wanted ice cream today, so I took him, along with my service dog, to the shop. However, the older man at the counter informed me that I couldn’t bring my service dog inside. My dog was clearly wearing her vest and service leash, and I had my identification badge around my neck. I explained to him that she is indeed a service dog, but he still insisted that I leave. It's important to note that Connecticut law allows individuals with certain disabilities to bring their service animals anywhere.
