We were brought here by shuttle service from our hotel, Ethan Allen. The driver recommended this restaurant. The salad which is included is really good, lettuce is crisp and fresh and all the add ones are delicious. My husband had the onion soup and steak. I had scallops on a risotto, so good. On top of that the service is wonderful.
The new menu definitely didn’t disappoint!! Prices were reasonable and the service was exceptional! Will definitely come back again soon! Kid-friendliness: Families are always welcomed
Three of us had lunch here at noon. We were seated in the glass room in front, which was very light and comfortable. The rest of the restaurant has a darker, comfortable pub feel, with none of the noise. We ordered from the lunch menu, although we were offered the dinner menu also. We chose lunch entrees, all of which come with unlimited salad bar and bread. The salad bar was very well lit and clean. The produce and salads were fresh. My shrimp scampi was very good, as was my wife's French Dip, which was a lunch special that day on the seniors menu. Although the waitress, who was very nice and very attentive throughout our meal, assured us anyone at the table could order from that menu. The senior menu also included reduced price glasses of wine. The third meal ordered was the cheeseburger, which was quite good. At least 1/3 pound if not more. Fries were excellent. Three people, the meals two drinks, was only $74 with tax! I can think of no better restaurant option for lunch. Dinner next...!
Wife and myself went to Chuck's on a Saturday afternoon. Don't know why people were so happy to have the salad bar, weak lettuce, horrible olives, no bacon bits or croutons. Sorta a waste.Wife ended up getting an onion soup to fill the void, which was decent. She had the filet mignon which looked extremely small all by itself on that large plate. $39 add French fries $5.I had the 20 Oz. Cowboy ribeye which again was decent but looked lonely on the plate.Veronica was our waitress who was courtesy and knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere but, barbaries black angus grill is leaps and bounds better. Would probably not return.
