Subway - Danbury

I m not a subway fan usually. No longer do they sell roast beef. Bread was freshly made, unlike one local to me.

The staff isn't friendly there. No greetings nor goodbye...no smile....I was the only customer besides one sitting there eating his sandwich.Very limited selection of breads.

Run down and not the cleanest but staff was pleasant and sandwich was delicious.

I want to hear the other day to grab food use the same knife without cleaning in between. Afterwards we both got very sick with food poisoning. Garbage all over the dining room and she just was on her phone the whole time. Who knows how many sandwiches she crossed contaminated that day.

I stopped by this Subway as a “healthier” take-out option on my drive home from work. Unassuming from the outside, I was surprised with how spacious the inside of the restaurant was. The ramp leading up to the counter is great relief from stairs and is a nice addition in terms of accessibility. In terms of the food, Subway isn’t my normal pick for a deli sandwich—there’s a lot of better options out there. However, I enjoyed my tuna sandwich. The bread and tuna both could have used some extra seasoning, but everything was fresh and made to my liking. I also enjoyed an oatmeal cookie and thought the $8 price tag was fair considering the quality.
