They just employing some kids who doesn't know their job or no passion for the service and food.iwhen I ordered 3 piece meal 3 times they given me 2 wings and one legpiece .Always forget to put the drinks(may be they can have it after the shifts ).better to buy some chips or nuggets or wings .great atmosphere and can improve if KFC has a good management in the area who can do a surprise visit or as a customer and train the kids properly (kids all aregood and pleasant)

The restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. The staff was uninformed and confused, requiring us to seek help from a manager for basic issues. It was a truly dreadful experience overall.

The experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The staff were missing important information and seemed really confused. We had to call a manager multiple times for simple things. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
