Edd’s The Odyssea - Dangriga

We were staying in Hopkins village, not in a resort, and tried various restaurants. I can confidently say that The Odessea offers absolutely top-notch food. We visited once on Christmas Eve and they managed to seat our family just before the rush, even though they were fully booked. We returned late on a Tuesday when the whole town was quiet, and they were more than happy to serve us a full dinner. The owners are genuinely welcoming and provide a wonderful blend of attentive yet relaxed service. My only complaint is that we wish we could return, but our flight is already booked! Everyone should give this place a try! Thank you!

This is our second time visiting Hopkins, and we were thrilled to discover that this restaurant has survived the pandemic. It’s not surprising, considering the food is absolutely incredible. The owners are a lovely family, and we really enjoyed chatting with them. Over our last two visits, we've dined at many places, including some of the most beautiful resorts in Belize, and so far, Odyssea has the best food in the city. If you’re in or near Hopkins, be sure to treat yourself and stop by!

We had an amazing lunch at this restaurant! The fish and chips were the best I've ever had! Despite not being a fish lover, I ended up enjoying my husband's plate. I ordered the coconut shrimp, which was piled high with shrimp, and they were absolutely delicious. The bartender was friendly and made us feel welcome. Thank you for a fantastic meal and a wonderful atmosphere!

Eddy and his wife were very friendly and helpful in my experience in Hopkins. They ran a fantastic restaurant and a sports bar. If you want to watch your sport while in Hopkins they are the place!! Thanks for everything and the great food!

Absolutely love the food. Amazing service and amazing owners. We also recommend this place to our guests at our villa and nobody is ever disappointed. Something for everyone. Snacks, lunch or fine dining. Not to mention the amazing drinks. You will not be disappointed! A must stop when in Hopkins.
