Placed an online order they made it wrong. One employee trying explain whats wrong with the item person who made it has no idea. Than they threw it in garbage with showing attitude made it again. Than a random guy walks in(picture attached) probably employee whos not on the job or someone they know. Start making his food without washing hand and WITHOUT GLOVES touching everything. Very bad attitude from the employee. Would've given 0 star if possible.
They have a really bad customer service in this location. Take for ever give you de food from the time you order by the time they give it to you. They don’t ask you if you want some sauce or napkins with your orders.
You’ll wait 30 minutes with zero order visibility and then when you finally get it, it’s Taco Bell
Ordered online, came into the store when order was complete. Waited almost 15min for someone to acknowledge my existence to get my order sitting on a shelf behind the counter. They need to pay attention to people in the store not just drive thru.
