Faz Restaurant & Bar - Danville

WTF. Take reservations and you are CLOSED!!! Sham on you and shame on OpenTable!!! Drove over 45 min and got a confirmation text on the day before.

I have a reservation for my wife's birthday on 5. October 2022 7pm booked for which I received several email confirmations. I thought everything was good until we got here. There was no one at home, there were no hints at the door and you get speech mail when you call.

Hello? Someone! Booked reservations for a birthday of friends., arrived.... And guess? Freak Square closed for good! Note to self and others... would like to inform the public???

We are very disappointed by Faz in Danville. We were entertaining some from the city guests, sat there for 45 minutes and still nobody came to take our order. When we flattened someone, she said she'll be right back after she served two tables with her bills, she never came back to our table. We went to the entrance to the kitchen to let someone come to our table. The entries were fair, not as good as before. The dishes used were not all collected from our table, no attempt to check whether we wanted desserts or coffee after the Entreen.

Arrived on time for reservation we had to wait to be seated. We chose to sit outdoor. While outdoors was beautiful, the staff didn’t care to remove the pine needles from our table, on our chairs, or under the table cloth. Notice that the table beside us was waiting for their food for a while already. When they got their food it wasn’t long before they asked for the food to be boxed. We didn’t notice any servers only a busser. He was nice enough to serve us water and dipping oil for bread. The other table next to us was already clamoring waiting for service. I don’t think they even think they got any dipping oil. We waited about 40 mins before we walked out of the restaurant. Cooking kebabs already takes a while but we weren’t going to stay and wait. Maybe a bad night or short staff? It was a shame because the outdoor patio was beautiful. The only content patron we’re the ones at the bar with drinks.
