Fish On Fire - Danville

We are thrilled with Fish on Fire, as there really isn’t better sushi in Danville! The service is excellent, and the staff is always warm and friendly, making us feel like family. It has become our family tradition to celebrate Mother’s Day and other special occasions at Fish on Fire.

The food is excellent, and the interior is very clean. I frequently ordered the rainbow roll and was always pleased with it. The Bento boxes also seem to be a great choice. Just a heads up, if you hear loud booming sounds from above, that’s because there’s a gym up there.

We have dined here multiple times, and we've always ordered the special rolls, tempura, and miso soup (which, by the way, is delicious). It's some of the best sushi we've had, both in the USA and internationally. The Green Dragon Roll is a staple for us, and we usually pair it with another roll, like the Red Dragon Roll, Samurai Roll, or others with similar ingredients. We've never been disappointed. Each roll typically consists of about 8-10 pieces, unlike the huge rolls we recently had in Napa.

The young man was very helpful when choosing my dinner. When I was ready to order dinner for my husband, he helped me make a big dinner decision for him too. My experience was wonderful. I'll be back soon.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. Great friendly staff. Quick service. Good food. Very easy place to order take out or to stop in for a quick bite.
