I strongly advise against ordering delivery from this restaurant; they can never seem to get it right, and orders are frequently incomplete or incorrect. *Edit: Seek out any other location besides this one. They really need to improve their training and staff efficiency, as they are tarnishing the company's reputation. There’s no reason for me to receive a pizza that looks as pale as Edward Cullen's left cheek when it should be cooked in an automatic oven. You know it’s bad when you make Pizza Hut look decent (and let's be honest, they haven't been great since the 90s in my opinion). I've had missing items from my orders repeatedly, and there's just a general lack of attention to providing proper service.
I had to call them four times before anyone answered so I could place my order. When they finally picked up, they hung up on me after a brief moment, so I kept calling back until someone answered. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff was rude. Once I got home, I discovered what they had given me for my deep dish, and I was really disappointed. Normally, I've had a good experience at this location, but this time was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to write a review, which I don't usually do.
Unfortunately, it was the worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever had…. 1/2” of solid cheese with basically no sauce and barely any pepperoni (on the extra most bestest).
Pepperoni pizza we picked up last night was burned. Tried to return it today for a replacement or refund. Was told no by management and staff without receipt. I wasn’t given a receipt. I had the card I paid with. The manager told me “I don’t care”.
