Pitruco Pizza (franklin's Table)

By far my favorite pizza in university city! I always go for the mushroom or sausage pizzas as they are incredibly flavorful. The crust is nice and chewy and the pizza is not too greasy. Franklin's table can get quite busy, so I recommend ordering ahead since you are still able to eat in the food hall. As with the other restaurants in franklins table, the food is a little pricy for college student budgets, but you definitely get quality and flavor for your buck.

Best pizza in town, with fantastic customer service. I already loved pitruco's for their impeccably made and reasonably priced pizza. Demonstrating that they have perfected their craft, even the margarita is fantastic in its simplicity and has to be the best I've tried in over 10 years. Every other flavor I've had hits the mark with equal precision. Tonight they miraculously ran out of pizza dough, after deservedly topping their best ever sales day by 30%. Matt was super awesome and offered me two free pizzas from the back that they couldn't sell anymore for free (they were still delicious). At the end of the night I was the only customer around and he friendly offered me one of their beers. I'm fucking blown away. Five thumbs up! My weekend has been made. Matt is the ****.

I am a pizza junkie, and I happened to stumble across this place. Friendly staff, the quality of food is absolutely top. The crispy, chewy crust is exceptional, the sauce is tasty, cheese, delicious an overall great product.

The dough is crusty, the tomatoes are fresh, the basil smells so good, what a good margarita pizza we had there, It was delicious. My husband took a pepperoni pizza and he licked his fingers! I will definitively recommande this place in front of the university.

The best pizza!! My family and I visited Pitruco over the weekend. We're excited to be working with the Pitruco team to cater our upcoming wedding, and we were delighted to be able to do a tasting ahead of the event. The pizza is extremely tasty! The pizza is perfectly cooked with crispy crust and fresh toppings. All of the pizza combinations are creative and delicious I especially loved the spicy garlic and sausage pizzas. I'm so excited to stop by Pitruco next time I'm in Philly and am even more grateful to be working with them for our wedding!
