The Carriage House At Houmas House

Great, slow-paced upscale restaurant! We came for a late lunch and we’re pleasantly surprised.Service was almost too slow, we felt we had to wave him down every so often to get his attention. A group of servers was hanging out in the back room so they weren’t really out and about like I would’ve expected.Food was fantastic, all the desserts were so yummy, my favorite was the strawberry shortcake! I couldn’t have the crab cake but my family gave it a 5/5 stars.

This is a must go to! It's not just dining, it's an experience. Amazing food and staff. Walk the grounds of this beautiful place.

Exactly pork chop, smoked salmon red fish. Scallops cooked a little too long. But great overall

We love going to The Carriage House, everything we get is very good. We are never disappointed!!
