Food is always as it should be and of course their employees are always very helpful and friendly.

I left my credit card there. Went back two days later and they still had it.

Worst experience ever at this Chick-fil-a! I ordered curbside pickup for a salad, chicken sandwich, cookie and waffle fries and checked-in at 1:55. There were no other people in the curbside area at the time. Several cars pulled up after us (4) and all received their orders. I kept checking the app, and I had indeed checked-in at 1:55. I called the store and received an apology with promises of receiving an extra cookie for my troubles as they were going to REMAKE my order. Remake it? Where did the first one go? I finally received the order 56 minutes after checking in but without the extra cookie. . I've ordered curbside pickup at this store before, having to wait up to 30 minutes for an order before and chose to chalk it up to the store being busy but after this experience, I won't be ordering from this location again. If this review was just based on the taste of the food, I would give it a 4 star rating.
