Crust Stone Oven Pizza - Davenport

The restaurant offers delicious Neapolitan pizza and a wide selection of wines and beers. The house salad dressing was tasty, with a light and flavorful vinaigrette style. The service was excellent and the timing was prompt. The location has a beautiful terrace, perfect for enjoying food in the fair weather.

We had a very pleasant experience at this restaurant. We arrived around 4 o'clock and were able to enjoy half-priced appetizers. The server was very friendly and explained the different types of pizza they offered, as well as the portion sizes, which was very helpful since it was our first time there. The cheese curds were light and fluffy, and the grape vinaigrette was a delicious pairing. We also tried the white truffles, which were not overwhelmed by the sauce that accompanied them. The sauce reminded me of Mexican street corn, which was a tasty surprise. We ordered the Chicago style deep dish pizza (meat lovers), which was delicious and had a good balance of meat and cheese. Overall, we had a great experience with the staff and enjoyed our meal.

Update: (with pictures) I visited the restaurant again in July 2019. I decided to try their New York style pizza and it was just okay. The crust tasted very charred, which I am not familiar with for this style of pizza. The server was friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful as always. Another solid visit. We arrived a little after 5 PM on a Saturday and were seated immediately. The server quickly recognized us and recommended some beers based on our preferences. She shared her knowledge about the rotating beer menu and offered us some samples. The pumpkin ale was delicious as described. Once we received our drinks, we placed our pizza order. We chose half Italian Sausage/Spinach and half White Cheddar Mushroom on Tavern crust. It was mouth-watering! Cooked to perfection. The server refilled our drinks several times. We decided to try their new dessert, which was a cookie with ice cream and chocolate sauce. Unfortunately, a star was lost when the cookie arrived without ice cream or sauce, and there were no spoons provided. After bringing it to the server's attention, the issue was fixed. However, for the price we paid, we expected more. The server mentioned they would address this issue by either lowering the price or increasing the portion size. In summary: 1) Excellent atmosphere 2) Great service 3) Amazing pizza 4) Good beer selection 5) Fair prices for pizza and beer 6) Skip the dessert and go to Whitey's.

Hard to find Chicago deep dish style pizza in the QC and this place delivers! Friendly staff and a clean space. Perfect lunch size!

Great tasting pizza in either neopolitan or tavern thin, Chicago style deep dish or Detroit style .Had the tavern thin and the neopolitan both were excellent. Large beer list of draft and bottle beer with local and not local craft beers. You can eat at the bar at some high top tables or they have a separate dining room as well.
