Good customer service, good drive set up, quick. They got my order right. Convenient location next to a lot of great stores.

There was no wait, and I received exactly what I ordered. The food was made fresh to my preferences. The location was convenient and the service was very polite.

Every time I go to dunkin donut, I also have a problem with my order. once they gave me a half-muffin stick bagels, when I clearly asked for a simple bagels with cream cheese. the sad part that they are bad service is that there is no possibility that they will report these and get results. if they leave the drive like me, who have to come to work, then they will screw up with them if they screw up their order. every time I report them terrible service, I will not get any updates with them that try to make something.

They never have double chocolate doughnut no matter what time I go A.M.or P.M. I'm convinced they just don't make them. So I won't waste my gas to go anymore. So limited on what they have etc.. What happened to the Dunkin?
