Bidra med feedbackThis Dunkin' location is awful! As locals, we decided to give it another try, but once again they showed that they cannot handle the high volume of customers. The drive-thru line was backed up all the way to the entrance, so we decided to go inside. It wasn't any better inside, with a long line that almost reached the door and only one person working the register. After waiting for 15 minutes, they announced that they were out of certain items and could only accept credit cards.
I attempted to order at the counter, but after standing there for 15 minutes with no one acknowledging us or making eye contact, we finally asked if we could place an order. We were told to wait. This was the fourth time we have experienced issues like this at this restaurant. Additionally, we witnessed an employee filling an ice cream container halfway with ice cream and then topping it off with water.
I am a big fan of Dunkin', but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered 5 items and not one of them was prepared correctly. My order included: 1. 2 black pepper sandwiches (wrong bacon and only 1 sandwich instead of 2) 2. frozen mocha with whipped cream (tasted like plain coffee with a hint of mocha, no whipped cream, and I was still charged for it) 3. iced caramel latte (lacked flavor) 4. bacon avocado toast (had chunks of bacon that didn't taste right). When I tried to address the issues with my missing sandwich, the employee at the window argued with me. They also tried to charge me for a second order, even though my card had just been rejected after my first payment. They only gave us the second drink after we asked for it.
I visited this dds 31. mai in the am. the woman who took my order was super friendly and outraged, which I appreciated because I was irritated with i4 traffic and I came to a laune because of said traffic and needed to feel better! the gentleman at the window was super friendly and I didn't even have to wait for my coffee that was made perfect. I really appreciate the friendliness and it is as if they know that i4 sucks, so they are extra nice. ikyk? thank you.
This place genuinely needs to be reevaluated for health code violations. Absolutely worst experience. Took 20 mins in the drive through for a line with no people and I understand being understaffed I’ve worked in food service. But the lady at the drive through was RUDE extremely unprofessional and you can tell they did something to the food. Found a hair in bacon wrap and my “sealed” juice was opened because the seal was cracked looked like someone opened it and the bottle was messed up.
