Bidra med feedbackCheck your order before leaving this store. One or two of the ladies who work here could be devious. While I appreciate their effort, I don?t appreciate being swindled. They sometimes substitute sold out donuts ? for what ever they have available without asking customer or informing them. And don?t apologize when they get busted. May be others have had a pleasant Customer service experience with them but it?s my second negative experience and last. I really need to stick to Starbucks for all my coffee needs and get donuts from Publix. I?ve had enough of those señoras dropping the ball on my orders one too many time. Trigger alert: I noticed other customers complain they?re rude to native English speaking customers. I?m def not latinx and that?s been my experience. Get them trained better to serve all customers fairly.
I was just standing on the walk-in window in the window saw five employees standing there and looking at me and then totally ignored me the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been,
They didn't get my order right (hot coffee), but they repaired it once when I was in the store with my complaint.
We frequently stop at Dunkin Donuts. This location seemed to have a hard time getting our sweet iced tea order correct. Unfortunately the cashier (who spoke Spanish)had a difficult time understanding that we wanted iced tea...sweet....but instead we ended up with an iced coffee with cream and sugar. They were quick to correct the order but it took a few minutes.
I understand that things can get busy, but there's really no need to let the phone ring endlessly. If you do answer, hanging up immediately without a word feels quite rude. Plus, when I came in person, the place wasn't even full, and I was able to walk right in! However, the staff did make up for it with their friendliness when we spoke face-to-face. I just hope you can improve on how you engage with customers on the phone. It really doesn't leave a positive impression.
